With excellent raw materials, this restaurant offers a typical cuisine with meat grilled in oak and olive wood ovens; they offer carefully selected steak from the best Galician cows.
They also offer seafood and fish from the Bay of Biscay, Galicia and Tarifa…they grill the entire pieces over the hot coal. As for vegetables, they have asparagus from Navarra, white artichoke from Tudela, beans, peas, wheat and all kinds of seasonal vegetables impregnated with the subtle smoke of the olive wood.
