When visiting Istanbul you can't stop to try the rich crepes, the famous Turkish pancakes, in this restaurant you can see how they make them and listen to Turkish music at the same time. You see people leaning over the glass looking as the chefs stretch out the dough until it is very thin, then stuff it with meat or vegetables. They bring it to the table warm, rich and after eating the musicians work through the tables playing their instruments, at my table they played a violin solo that touched my heart, it is a place both for tourists and to spend a romantic evening.
