Sabores do Lima Restaurant

We had seen this restaurant during a previous visit to this ancient northern town, but this was the first time we tried it and it was a success. It's on the riverside promenade on the corner of a large terrace, in the heart of the Baixa Limia. Sabores do Lima lives up to its name, serving typical Portuguese cuisine with a touch of originality. I was amazed by its beautiful and original presentation. Some of the dishes were served in what they call "espetadas". We had medallions surrounded with bacon and a couple of prawns, and a salad plate besides. We arrived at a good time because a little later it was full of people and we wouldn't have gotten a table.
