A agradável cidade de Domingos Martins, que fica na região serrana do Espírito Santo, apresenta roteiros variados, mas além da visita da famosa Pedra Azul, o roteiro gastronômico talvez seja o forte da cidade. Com diversos restaurantes e lojas dedicadas aos produtos do campo, Domingos Martins oferece uma viagem ao mundo dos sabores. A presença dos imigrantes é bem forte na localidade e desde que cheguei a cidade, soube que a localidade era especializada em pratos alemãs e italianos. Busquei então experimentar o Eisbein Mit Wurst, (que pode vir com joelho de porco ou costelinha com chucrute), que dizem ser o prato da região e me indicaram o Sabor Café que fica na bela Rua de Lazer (Rua João Batista Wernersbach). O Sabor Café é especializado na culinária local e o seu Eisbein foi premiado como o melhor das redondezas. O restaurante oferece ainda uma boa e suculenta variedade de caldos, que nos dias frios são uma ótima pedida. Se você quiser apenas bebericar e conversar com os amigos, o Sabor Café também é famoso por seus chocolates quentes, com destaque para o de menta, que é indicado como um dos melhores do cardápio. Com um menu variado, o restaurante é ótima pedida para se fechar a noite em na cidade do verde.

If you just want to sip and chat with friends, taste Caf also famous for its hot chocolates, especially the mint, which nominated as one of cardpio the best.
