Very Impersonal
The Saar Inn is very impersonal, as is normal for an Indian hotel in this range. The rooms are quite spacious and European-style, clean by Indian standards. They are equipped with minibar, LCD TV with Sky and air conditioning. The windows can't be opened, which is good given the smog of Delhi. The hotel is close to the metro and to the main road, where you can find all sorts of means of transport, close to all the essential services. Be careful with services like the airport pick-up; on the website, it's listed as free, but you'll need to get that in writing at the time of your booking to avoid an argument.
