The commune is west of the city, in the foothills of the western mountains, Cerro lower Crystals in a hillside area known as the foothills of Siloam. The Commune covers 214.94 hectares of which are occupied 175 hectares, comprises of 10 Districts, 503 blocks and 12,670 farms. 2.1 LIMITS OF THE BOROUGH 20 limited Commune: North to the rural area of the township the Andes and the Comuna 19, the South East and the Comuna 19, and westward to the villages of the Andes and Villacarmelo.
