The beaches we will find on this route are Cala Vidre, Pixavaques, Estany and Cala Llobeta. Along this route we will discover three environments: the rocky bed, the sandy bed and posidonia. The rocky bed is a type of sea bed that is an extension of the rocks found on land. It is a very varied environment, its very light when it is shallow and as such there are many types of algae. There are also many different animals that live in this environment, above all in holes, cracks and small caves. The sandy bed is constantly changing due to the current and waves. Although it is dessert like, we can find animals hiding and partially buried and others who adopt similar colouring to the bottom to go unnoticed and you have to concentrate hard to see them.
