I found this hotel by chance, and the least I can do is recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the rural side of the island. It is in Santa Eulalia, just three kilometres from the town of Ibiza, so in five minutes you'll be right in the centre. Their trees are gorgeously fragrant, and the pool is the perfect place to relax with a book. It's a real oasis of peace and quiet. Each of the rooms is different, with personalised decor.
