Ruins of the Convent of San Francisco

Visiting the charming little town of Colonia is highly recommended if you should find yourself in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This city seems to be stuck in another century. Strolling through the streets illustrates this the best, and you can see some historical buildings that are worth a look. An example of this is the ruins of San Francisco's convent, from the 17th century, which is very close to the lighthouse. Photographing them and walking among them can be interesting before approaching the port, near the Plaza.
