Ingo Ruins

A place that sends a chill down the spine of all Mongolians. During the Russian invasion, it witnessed one of the country´s greatest tragedies. In their desire to overthrow Buddhism and lamas, the Russians attacked the monastery, which we are told was amazing, and killed tens of lamas and reduced the place to ashes. Only the foundations remain today. It is a sacred place for the Mongols and the tragedy is still very much felt.

It is a Buddhist congregation in the middle of the Gobi Desert, which in the 40 years the Soviets decided that they should go there. As that destroyed much of the temples and facilities and monks were arrested and taken to Siberia bestiality policies aside, the place is curious to see the place where he is in the middle of nowhere. In addition catches way if you go to South Gobi, the most famous. Next podris find, up a mountain to climb which is very easy, a huge figure of Buddha recently built. Apparently the river passing underneath (now frozen) was dried bean, as they built the Buddha to ask him to return the water. As soon as he built and planted all, function, and the water turned to cross the river.
