Church ruins a World Heritage Site
The Ruins of St. Paul's Cathedral belonged to a church, the old church of "Madre de Deus" which was next to the San Pablo, and they were destroyed by a fire. Little more was left other than the porch. These ruins are World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is one of the symbols of Christianity in the city, to the point that ruins are called "The Cathedral" when the establishment was a cathedral. This visit is a must if you go to Macau, and although you may not see the ruins, the mix of Chinese and Portuguese influences around the center is worth a visit because it is quite impressive to see.
