Rubido Restaurant

Vaya agradable sorpresa este nuevo restaurante: buena cocina, local muy bien decorado, bonita iluminación, personal atento y sobre todo se come de maravilla. En nuestra caso éramos 4 personas y pedimos todo para compartir: almejas, provoleta al horno (rico, rico), risotto negro con vieiras (es el plato que más me gusto), y dos sugerencias del día: berberechos (enormes) y tartar de atún. Y de postre tatin de manzana y pirámide requesón. La cocina está dirigida por el chef Youssef Zairi un alumno de Santi Santamaría. Una muy buena elección si estás por Majadahonda. Para llegar lo más fácil es que aparques en frente del parking de la comisaría local, luego te sellan el ticket que tiene dos horas gratis. Muy recomendable!

Go pleasant surprise this new restaurant: good food, local beautifully decorated, nice lighting, helpful and above all a great eats. In our case we were 4 people and we all share: clams, baked provolone cheese (yum yum), black risotto with scallops (the dish is more like it), and two tips of the day: cockles (huge) and tartar tuna. And for dessert apple tatin and ricotta pyramid. The kitchen is run by Chef Youssef Zairi a pupil of Santi Santamaría. A very good choice if you're on Majadahonda. To get the easiest way is to park in front of the parking of the local police station, then sealed the ticket you have two hours free. Highly Recommended!

Bien os comento mi segunda experiencia en este local. Fui con mi pareja a cenar una noche del puente de Mayo, era Martes pero un día festivo. Reservamos previamente esperando que fuese a estar llenísimo pero al final fuimos los únicos clientes del restaurante, de TODO el restaurante, salvo una pareja que tomo unos pinchos en la barra y que no estuvieron mas de media hora. Solo con decir eso ya esta hecha toda la critica. La verdad es que fuimos a este restaurante porque llamamos a otro y estaba lleno y decidimos volver a este que no volvíamos desde que lo abrieron. Yo soy de los de la opinión que si un restaurante esta vacío es por algo y aquí se cumple la norma. La comida bastante aceptable, el trato muy agradable pero vamos, el precio se les fue de las manos. No se si porque debían hacer caja con los únicos clientes que había ido ese día o por que, pero al final acabamos pagando 65€ por una cena lo mas normalita del mundo. Vamos que si el chef estuvo en la cocina de Santi Santamaría se la ha debido olvidar todo lo aprendido. Una comida muy mediocre a precios exorbitantes. Cenamos, que no teníamos demasiada hambre, un revuelto de trigueros y chipirones con "carpaccio" de tomate (de carpaccio nada, en mi casa hasta yo corto el tomate mas fino), una merluza confitada (nada fresca, congelada 100%) y de postre una torrija. También pedimos una tosta de solomillo. Al final el revuelto 18€, la merluza otros 18€, la tosta 9€ y la torrija 5€. Lo único que estaba bien relación calidad precio era la torrija, el resto no era nada del otro mundo y menos para pagar ese precio. Vaya timo. Y mira que hemos pagado comidas caras pero pocas veces he salido con la sensación de vaya timo que he salido de aquí. Y de beber un par de copas de vinos en total. Relación calidad precio malísima, aquí o mejoran la comida o bajan el precio o les va a ir muy mal, en menos de un mes estarán cerrados. Bueno, lo mejor de la comida es que teníamos a 5 camareros a nuestras disposición pero no como para pagar 65€ en total. Absolutamente desacertadísimo y no creo que volvamos nunca. Una pena ya que empezó bien, se nota que es de un grupo de inversores y el dueño nunca esta presente, solo una especie de representante que mientras siga cobrando le da igual que el restaurante este vacío. Así no se puede llevar un restaurante. Quien tiene un bar que lo atienda y sino que lo venda.

Well I comment my second experience at this location. I went with my partner to dinner one night in May Bridge, but Tuesday was a holiday. Previously booked was expecting to be really full but in the end we were the only customers in the restaurant, the entire restaurant except a couple who took a few snacks in the bar and were not more than half an hour. Just to say that and this made all the criticism. The truth is that we went to this restaurant because we called to another and it was full and decided to return to this we did not get since it opened. I am of the opinion that if a restaurant is empty for a reason and this fulfills the norm. The food quite acceptable, very nice treatment but hey, the price they got out of hand. Do not know if it had to box with the only customers who had come that day or why, but we ended up paying € 65 for a meal as much plain little world. Nos lo recomendaron y la verdad nos impresionó bastante. Cuidados detalles en la decoración, una carta amplia con una buena relación calidad precio. El pulpo y el tártar de atún impresionantes y muy buena presentación. Un servicio rápido, nos atendieron de lujo. Novedad a tener cuenta. Os lo recomiendo

El menú del día es el mejor de la zona en relación calidad/precio. Platos muy trabajados y detalles que sorprenden. Hemos comido unos cuantos menús y siempre ha sido un acierto. Para cenar los fines de semana, es recomendable reservar, tienen una extensa carta de platos tradicionales con un toque de innovación. Si tienes algo que celebrar es un candidato perfecto! Volveremos seguro antes de que abran la terraza!!

The menu of the day is the best area in quality / price ratio. Carefully crafted dishes and surprising details. We ate a few menus and always has been a success. For dinner on the weekends, it is advisable to book, have an extensive menu of traditional dishes with a touch of innovation. If you have something to celebrate is a perfect candidate!
