Route 66 Museum
You can't take a road trip throughout the United States without driving through the historic Route 66. The road linking Chicago and Los Angeles has been replaced today by highways and virtually no uses it, but in different states some sections remain, with maps indicating tourist information for nostalgic drivers. Oklahoma still has a handful of kilometers that can be driven on through this route, and the perfect complement to this trip is a nice stop on the Route 66 Museum in Clinton. The museum is neither ambitious nor spectacular, but a simple succession of rooms which recreates the history of the route, from its construction to the present, combined with historical objects or recreated as an ancient dinner, construction instruments, etc..
