Road Tripper? - Jersey is Highway Heaven
Now we all know that I-95/the NJ Turnpike, Rt 3, Rt. 80, The Parkway, etc... are literal death traps, but that doesn't mean that New Jersey can't be a road tripper's paradise. Sure, it's better to run the length rather than the width of it, and yeah, it's not like it can compare to a cross country road trip but my personal favorite road is Rt. 206. It runs almost the entire length of the state and is known as the Disabled American Veterans Hwy. Along it you will become well acquainted with why New Jersey is called the Garden State as there are miles and miles of farms. During prime produce season you will not find better anywhere else and during winter the wide open snowscapes are a minimalist aesthetician's dream! Rt.
