Rough Trade East Record Store

The chain of record stores called Rough Trade has three branches in London. The first, the legendary Rough Trade on Talbot Street in Portobello, the second, the tiny shop in the basement of Neil's Yard in Covent Garden and the newest and most spacious of Rough Trade shops is located on a side street off Brick Lane. It is surrounded by art galleries, boutiques, restaurants and bars. This branch has recently been named one of the 20 best stores in the world for its unique design. Rough Trade Brick Lane boasts an important selection of vinyl and CDs and 20,000 letters of recommendation praising the store.

The store is really a great place with a very functional and decorative details conventional minimum, in fact one might think that they have made no effort to clean up the store to make it look like a FNAC, say for shop name discs. It has a café, an internet corner, an area where very often free concerts and a workshop / office in the mezzanine level.
