Rothe House
Rothe house is a 16th century merchant house that was built in 1594. It consists of three separate townhouses, 3 courtyards and a recently renovated garden. It is home to the Kilkenny Archaeological Society, a museum of local artifacts, as well as a national and private library open to those who are members and to the general public. The gardens are generally open during the day, but the times are not listed, so you need to contact the center to find the opening hours. Prices are Adult: 5 AC, Children: 3 AC.
