Se trata de un castillo histórico que supo tener un destino militar, con recinto amurallado,y que hoy en día sólo se conservan restos de un torreón y parte de la muralla, que es frecuentada diariamente por los turistas que la visitan.
Su origen es musulmán y fue levantado hacia el siglo XII en la provincia de Albacete.
This is a historic castle that used to have a military target, with walled enclosure, and today only remains of a tower and part of the wall, which is visited daily by tourists who visit are preserved. Its origin is Muslim and was raised to the twelfth century in the province of Albacete.
