This one star Michelin restaurant is in the historic center of Modena. The restaurant offers a relaxed ambiance (the guy next to us was wearing tracksuit trousers and trainers) and great food. The restaurant is linked to a cooking school and so the kitchen is full of young chefs. The menu includes classic dishes from the region plus other more exotic dishes. We enjoyed smoked deer, goatfish with winter melon, snail risotto with lime, duck ravioli, and pigeon with juniper. English is spoken, the restaurant is closed on Sunday and the price reflects the quality of the food (bring a credit card).
