Hostel in the old city of Cluj
The Retro Hostel is a great accommodation in the old part of Cluj. It is very well kept and clean. It is considered by many guidebooks as the ideal of what a good hostel should be. Breakfast is included with sandwiches and coffee or tea. The rooms are very large. Travel services are available if you are interested in excursions. The staff are friendly who will help you in everything related to travel in Romania. Normally this hostel is frequented by backpackers but also for couples. A room costs about 10 euros. There are a couple of kitchens and a nice basement where there are games and tables where people read or are on the computer.
A great location just 2 minutes walk from the center of Cluj and about 20 minutes from the train station.
