Best meat
When I arrived in Belgrade and they warned me that I would really enjoy the food, and the meat (which I love) would freak me out. Today we went to this local restaurant, and upon entering was impressed by the décor, the music, and the fresh smell that permeated the air. I asked for beef with potatoes. The flavor is outstanding, and the flesh is soft and delicate, practically melts in the mouth. The meat is prepared on a tray that is covered with a metal bell, on which are piled hot coals. The result is very juicy flesh. It does not lose any of its flavor and juice inside. We also noticed the bread, they do themselves, and trout, which also has an excellent flavor.
