Restaurante Vauban

The Restaurant Vauban is a different place to enjoy different food, in Évora. It's a learning place, let me explain. This Restaurant is located in a School that provides Professional Courses, and one of them is a Technical Course to learn how to cook, how to prepare food and how to present your food properly on the plate, and also how to serve at tables. And the people that study that course are the people who serve you and cook for you when you go to that Restaurant. So, as you can imagine, you'll get to eat really fancy food, so nicely presented, and in a small quantity. They get inspired by the Portuguese food and also try to create different ideas, and the combination is amazing.
