A rude owner who laughed in my face

We were in Buitrago on 22 December to see the nativity scene . We passed by this place with 3 families to have chocolate with churros. I ordered a latte and asked for sweetner and the lady who was at the bar told me that they didn´t have any, which had run out. When I told her it was a chore she replied "because the next time you bring it tucked in the breast pocket." Well I was open-mouthed by the inappropriateness of the comment and asked her for a complaint form, saying that I was diabetic and did not seem right. Without asking a single apology, she started laughing and when I went back to ask for it she said "I hae them at home" ...

And if I wanted I could talk to the Civil Guard. Well, what can I say. I do not know this person, don´t go here, especially if you are diabetic.

He caído en esta página por casualidad y me he dado cuenta de que es el restaurante donde comí este verano (2013), de visita en Buitrago. Llegamos con un hambre atroz y entramos en el primer lugar que nos sedujo y donde no había mucha gente (mala señal), pues el resto de restaurantes aledaños tenían colas descomunales. La primera impresión fue pésima, pero somos muy vergonzosos como para salir una vez nos han dicho que podemos sentarnos. No suele importarme mucho la decoración de los lugares, pero éste me dejó estupefacta: mesas de terraza en el interior y mala disposición. Después de pedir los platos de menú, el camarero nos preguntó DESDE LA BARRA, a unos 4 metros qué queríamos beber. Nos pareció una falta de educación preguntar eso a voces, en lugar de acercarse a la mesa a preguntar cortesmente. Los primeros no tardaron en llegar. Comida nada del otro mundo. Cuando comes fuera, te gusta que la comida te sorprenda (al menos a mí), y lo que comimos allí eran platos que cualquiera podría hacer en casa un día de pereza en la cocina. Pasamos. El segundo llegó: chuletas de cordero (demasiado hechas) y un timbal de berenjenas hecho con tomate frito Orlando y tranchettes de queso. Este plato, que a pesar de todo, se dejaba comer, fue puesto en la mesa por el camarero con la siguiente expresión: "uff, bueno, berenjenas...a ver si te gusta esto". ¿Qué clase de juicio es ése? Sólo le faltó decir "para mí es mierda, cómetelo si puedes". DESASTROSO. Por si fuera poco, cuando quedaban pocos clientes, el camarero comenzó a subir el volumen de la televisión, rallando lo molesto. Le pedimos que por favor se lo bajase, a lo que hizo caso sin poner pegas. Lo siento por el restaurante, porque estas opiniones afectan a su negocio, pero no más de lo que ellos se destruyen a sí mismos. Le pondría más ganas a su trabajo, en todos los aspectos.
I have fallen into this page by chance and I realized that is the restaurant where I ate this summer (2013), visiting Buitrago. Hola, Estuve en este Restaurante el dia 30, pensaba que habia belen viviente y fui al pueblo, ya alli busque un sitio para comer con mis hijos y mi marido y reserve aqui por que todo lo demas era mucho mas caro, aunque no se vosotros pero cuando yo salgo con mi familia los fines de semans de 15 o 20 por cabeza nunca bajamos, asi que 12 me parecio muy buen precio, habia 4 primeros y cuatro segundos, yo me pedi sopa castellana y mi marido judiones y que quereis que os diga, jamas habiamos comido algo tan rico, estaban de vicio, en serio, excepcionales, los niños pidieron una sopita de fideos que en casa me dejan la mitad y no se si fue la sopa o el hambre de un dia en la sierra pero se comieron todo y acabe alucinada. De segundo plato yo me pedi berenjenas, que era un primero pero te permiten pedirlo como segundo, mi marido ternera y los niños chuletillas, que se veia que eran buenas, venian 3 con patatas, para los niños suficiente, pero es que ponerte mas chuletas por 12€ en fin de semana...yo no lo he visto, los niños se comieron casi todo y mi marido y yo salimos chupandonos los dedos. De postre comimos unas natillas caseras de colofon. La verdad es que habra opiniones para todos los gustos pero vamos, yo lo tengo claro, volvere y lo recomiendo. NOTA: Tenian sacarina porque es lo que tomo yo.

Pésimo y caro menú del día, por 12 euros nunca me habían dado un plato con 3 chuletillas con patatas, además de un lento servicio (un camarero para barra y mesas)
