Restaurante Mar y Sol

Este es uno de los primero restaurantes fundados en la ciudad de Puerto Cabello. Cuenta su dueño que cuando comenzaron la playa llegaba casi a las puertas de aquel kiosco al aire libre que habían abierto ellos. Muchos años después este restaurante se cuenta como las opciones de lujo de este poblado y su propuesta de platos en muy amplia. Me encantaron las sopas hechas con mariscos y sus platos gratinados. La capacidad del local es de unas trescientas personas por lo que también se ha convertido en un sitio de eventos. Eso si, hay que prepararse con la cuenta porque el local no es nada barato. Pero creo que vale la pena darse un gustico de vez en cuando. El restaurante Mar y Sol lo pueden encontrar al final del malecón de Puerto Cabello en un gran edificio de ventanas azules, es muy fácil de identificar.
