Traditional restaurant

I've posted two photos of this La Pepica, one of which shows the kitchen staff back in the 60's. For forty years, the restaurant has been run by the same professionals who cooked for others on a coal stove (the only one on the beach, hard to work but it makes perfect rice). In the other photo, we can see Jose Chapel, the old head chef, in the background, and Francisco Selles (my father, by the way), who replaced him when he retired.
