Me gustaría destacar que se trata de un rincón muy bien ambientado con muchos y buenos detalles que dicen mucho de lo que Santillana ofrece a sus visitantes. Del servicio opino que es razonablemente competitivo, de la comida opino que es de calidad, excepto carnes y pescados congelados y de la relación calidad-precio opino que es bastante caro. El menú diario ofrece primeros platos de cuchara que no dejan de ser medio plato, pues no ofrecen sopera, lo emplatan directamente en platos tipo volcán y los segundos platos son muy pobres en cantidad. El menú infantil es casi ridículo, pues ofrecen un filete con un huevo frito y unas pocas patatas fritas. De los platos de carta solamente destacan los cachopos, aunque abundante sólo el de ternera, un poco caro, cuesta 19 euros. Postres caseros, natillas de sobre.
