Here the terraces are open all year, the weather or the cold does not intimidate the visitors when sitting outside. For me, it was much more warming and welcoming sitting at the table next to the window. Ubiquitous shrimp and cheese croquets and mussels, sandwiches, and an omelet was what we ordered. The menu didn't offer much more in these kind of restaurants in Belgium. All went well with a good atmosphere.
