Restaurant Chandouineau Hotel
This hotel-restaurant is best known as Maison Chandouineau, because this place is part of the culinary heritage Breton. Chandouineau is a kindly man with natural talents in the kitchen. This "Maître Cuisinier de France" was established here more than 30 years ago and when he made his famous bird pudding with chestnuts. Amongst some of his favourite dishes are cream flower toasted oats and candied chestnuts in green sauce, shucked scallops and chestnuts with white butter sauce ... "I prefer the classic cuisine, subtle flavors for the mouth. I'm A purist," but not old-fashioned! Jean-Marc has lightened their sauces without denying them their flavor.
