Refugium

This restaurant is situated on the Gendarmenmarkt, the former market square of Friedrichstadt. It is situated in the French church. The kitchen is in the crypt of this historical monument. People take advantage of the small terrace, with the church and large umbrellas that provide shade. At lunchtime it is very busy and some street performers make music. Lunch is served until three in the afternoon. The menu has an Italian flavor with mozzarella, basil soup, pasta dishes and fish fillets. The bill came to 25 euros per person.
