Ir num restaurante italiano em São Paulo, é um dos programas obrigatórios na cidade. Entre diversas opções, o Ráscal está entre os meus favoritos, por oferecer MUITA comida de qualidade, variedade e por um preço imbatível na cidade. Diferente de uma trattoria ou restaurante italiano mais tradicional, o Ráscal tem um ambiente menos formal e um cardápio mais aberto: oferece massas, carnes e pizzas, mas se eu fosse você partiria direto para o bufê. Com um preço fixo é possível comer saladas e massas variadas (diversos tipos), com ingredientes de altíssima qualidade. As saladas são incríveis, com carpaccios, presunto crú, queijos, peixes, risotos...E as massas, servidas com carnes (como polpetone), são incríveis, sendo o raviole Ráscal, de massa verde, recheado com mussarela de búfala o grande hit! Todos os pratos são praticamente feitos na hora, então tudo está sempre muito fresco e gostoso. Toda vez que eu vou lá, saio triste por não conseguir comer mais, de tão gostoso que é! :-) Com absoluta certeza um dos restaurantes preferidos em São Paulo pela qualidade, preço e ambiente. Existem diversos endereços, inclusive dentro de Shoppings, por isso não há motivo para não experimentar. Vambora?

O restaurante possui várias unidades espalhadas por São Paulo, inclusive dentro de alguns shoppings como Higienópolis e Iguatemi. Famoso por seu farto buffet de saladas e antepastos, além das massas preparadas ao gosto - e na frente do cliente. No cardápio, também há opção de pizzas e pratos a la carte (grelhados), uma excelente - e já premiada - carta de vinhos e saborosas sobremesas. Já ganhou diversos prêmios, dentre eles o de melhor cozinha rápida. A casa do Itaim é moderna, com ambiente clean e atendimento muito bom. Dividida em dois ambientes, no salão principal fica a ilha do buffet e no pátio aberto algumas mesas entre as árvores nativas dão um clima no local. O cardápio é rotativo, com novidades todos os dias.
