Absolutely delicious
Surely, this has to be the best restaurant I ate at throughout my journey through this region of Castile-La Mancha. It’s in Riópar, a very short distance from the source of the river Mundo and if you get the chance, you must get to know it. It is a curious place because it has everything: museum, etc... It was built in the house of the engineer who used to dwell there when the town was a nerve centre for the industry in Spain (which it was) and it shows as the man was certainly not living poorly.
But back to the point: the food is totally irresistible. We tried a little of everything from the local varieties: pate, game, potatoes ...
