Pueblo Nuevo is a small township in the department of Norte de Santander, in Colombia, it is the only town the conserved their colonial history in the municipality of Ocaña. It was the settlement of the first conquerors who were preparing to establish, by order of the Spanish Crown, a city that would stream trade that originated from Venezuela.
