Professor Lima de Carvalho Auditorium

Professor de Carvalho Lima Auditorium is on one side of Jardim D. Fernando park, opposite the Church of S. Domingos. It's a modern building, quite austere with a smooth white facade - the only highlight is its dome. Its the property of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (IPVC) and is used for concerts, conferences, seminars, etc. It's named after the president of the institute, a renowned sociologist and professor.
