Praça de Carlos Alberto

Plaza de origen medieval que actualmente es famosa por el mercadillo que se celebra los sábados, conocido como Porto Bello. Una plaza repleta de edificios interesantes y animada vida cultural ya que hay museos y Patrimonio de la Humanidad sin olvidar los típicos restaurante de colores donde degustar el plato típico. El centro lo preside un monumento dedicado a los caídos en la I Guerra Mundial y los laterales combina edificios notables como el Palacio de los Vizcondes de Balsemao o el convento de las Carmelitas. Una plaza casi desconocida porque se aleja un poco de los circuitos turísticos pero muy apreciada por los de aquí sobre todo los fines de semana cuando se celebra el mercadillo de segunda mano.

Medieval square is now famous for the flea market on Saturdays, known as Porto Bello is celebrated. A square full of interesting and lively cultural life buildings because there are museums and Heritage without forgetting the colors tpicos restaurant where you can taste the typical dish. The center is chaired by a monument dedicated to the markets in the First World War and the sides combines remarkable buildings like the Palace of the Viscounts of Balsemao or Carmelite convent. An almost unknown place because it moves away from the tursticos circuits but greatly appreciated by those here especially on weekends when the flea market is held.
