Positano is a precious little village in Italy. It's built on a hill with narrow little streets and small homes and hotels. The locals are very charming and Positano is very romantic. You can only get there in car or by a bus which winds through the curvy roads. What's why it's so great...there aren't a ton of people! It's worth the trip.
One of the most stunning places on the Amalfi Coast. It's squeezed between cliffs and mountains and the views are spectacular. It's about 50km from Naples and maybe a bit longer if you go by boat. One thing you can't miss is the Fornillo beach, one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.
