Longest street in the Medina
Rue du Portugal is one of the longest streets in the Tangiers Medina, stretching along the eastern edge of the old city from the port to the Rue de la Liberté and the new city(or Ville Nouvelle). It's a very steep street and is painted in the bright, beautiful colors you'll find all over Morocco. From the top of the street, you have excellent views of the Strait of Gibraltar. The Grand Taxi stand is also nearby.
