Fishing Tradition converted to Tourism

El Port de la Selva is not so famous, beautiful or popular as Cadaqués, about 15 km away, but I personally think it's charming. It's still an important fishing port and boats are moored at the docks and piers. It has a very nice seaside church, Santa Maria de les Neus (Santa Maria de las Nieves) near the bay. I recommend strolling around the waterfront and having a drink at a terrace near the marina, very nice.

Qu'il est mignon, le village de Puerto...

Qu'il est mignon, le village de Puerto de La Selva, de l'autre côté de la baie, avec ses blanches maisons qui s'agrippent les unes aux autres autour de l'église Saint-Marie des Neiges ! Pourquoi des Neiges ? Si ce n'est la blancheur des façades du bourg. La Selva est en train de devenir une station balnéaire avec plusieurs plages agréables, non loin de l'agglomération de Llança. Le port de pêche témoigne d'une activité encore bien vivace. Le pittoresque de la Costa Brava sans la foule, j'aime.

It is cute, the village of Puerto de la Selva, on the other side of the bay, with its white houses that cling to each other around the Church of St. Mary of the Snows! Why des Neiges? If this is the white facades of the town. La Selva is becoming a resort with several nice beaches, not far from the town of Llança. The fishing port reflects activity still alive. The picturesque Costa Brava without the crowds, I like.

Agua transparente y limpia. Llevar calzado apropiado hay piedras al entrar al mar.

Pequeña cala situada en el Cap de Creus , desde Port de la Selva coger el cami de Rondes direccion Cadaques se encuentran numerosas calas Rocosa en las cuales un bañito es un placer. Solo a unos 10 minutos caminando ya encuentras estas calas.

Small creek located in the Cap de Creus, from Port de la Selva catch the address Rondes cami Cadaques Rocky numerous coves are where a swim is a pleasure. Only a 10 minute walk and find these coves.

Pueblo de costa pequeñito. Nos alojamos en el hotel Cap de Creus. Teníamos vistas a la playa. Muy recomendable ir a pasear por el pueblo y ver sus tiendas.

Costa little town. We stayed at the Cap de Creus hotel. We had a view of the beach. Highly recommended to go for a walk around the town and see its shops. I will definitely be back.
