Le port de Chagny, a été rénové en 2015 pour le concoure des voies navigables de France, le lavoir proche du port a été remis en état. Des espaces vert propres, aire de pique-nique et tables sont situés a proximité. Location de pénichettes possible sur place.
La voie verte de Chalon-sur-Saône à Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune d'une longueur de 31km passe près du port.
Il y a en tout 5 ports de plaisance qui offrent leurs services le long de la voie verte, à Fragnes, Rully, Chagny, Santenay et St-Léger-sur-Dheune. Celui de Fragnes, est remarquable.
