Pollería Hikari

Se dice que en la Pollería Hikari es donde se come el mejor lomo saltado de toda la ciudad de Lima (incluso en la famosa guía de Gastón Asturio: La Guía de Gastón – Un dato para cada antojo), así que teníamos que ir a probarlo. El original es el del barrio de San Miguel, pero hay otros cinco en la ciudad, nosotros fuimos al del barrio de la Molina, con un amigo que vive ahí cerca (es un barrio residencial). Efectivamente el lomo saltado estaba bastante bueno: carne jugosa y abundante y otros ingredientes también a la altura. Aún así, hemos comido otros lomos saltados muy buenos en Perú y no hemos notado muchísima diferencia… También muy bueno el arroz chaufa (la mezcla de la comida china con la peruana)
