Poggio Alla Cavalla Rural Cottage

Despite having the orange apartment booked since February, when we arrived the owner referred us to another apartment of lower quality without asking our opinion, citing a variety of excuses, (even though she had other people staying in the apartment) . When we expressed our disagreement she told us very rudely in a very bad manner that it was not her problem, and that if we did not like the new lodging that we should find ourselves a hotel or return to Barcelona (with our 1 year old baby!!). Finally we had to stay in the other house, putting a claim into the tourist office of Montecatini Terme about feeling cheated.
