Plaza de Luna

Plaza de Luna, Pensacola was named after Tristan de Luna who attempted the first permanent settlement in the United States in 1559. Although hurricanes stymied the expedition, Tristan has entered American history (but little Spanish history).

This area is a lovely place where children can play in the water spouts and adults can enjoy the walk along the dock area. There are also some nice restaurants in the area.
