Coldingham Bay and sands

Excellent

One of the most relaxing areas of Coldingham, with the best and pleasant views, is "Coldingham Sands" which corresponds to the town, beach and bay. The beach is flanked by rocks, is gorgeous and gave rise to the initial population's settlement, as it has protected sea access in an area characterized by North Sea storms. Currently it is highly prized by surfers and has a variety of visitors: those who walk, play sports, enjoy family are typical of these places . The beach has a total length of about 3 miles and its white sands are one of its most notable features. We found a café, restaurant and hotel all a bit focused on surfing.

The Marine Conservation Society has named this beach for cleanliness and water quality in the 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. A place to get lost and see nature and violence of the North Sea.
