An incredible avenue of trees envelops us as we stroll along the banks of one of the most romantic rivers of southern Germany, the Neckar. You can see Hölderlin Tower, depicting the famed Romantic poet of the city. Wherever you go and everywhere you look, it is impossible not to fall into love. Tubingen is a bustling, student town, very atmospheric, but in the Platanenallee you forget everything and relax. The tourist office is right at the beginning of the route and there you can get a handy map in Castilian with the suggested route and explanation of the different emblematic points in the historical

Nice 'park-like' place on an island, in the heart of the city

Excellent

Nice 'park-like' place on an island, in the heart of the city. On a sommer day you can bring your beer and enjoy it under the platans, as drinking in public is allowed in Germany.
