Located close to the shopping area, besides being a restaurant, it is also a hotel. To access the restaurant you have to climb some stairs. It has good views and the site is neither too big nor too small. For being in Miranda, it was perfect. The serve a daily menu, but I recommend eating from the menu. In general in Miranda do Douro it's best to not eat a first course, instead to have some appetizers and then a second course, because the mains are enormous.
