Han traspasado el negocio y el servicio es un caos total. El servicio a domicilio peor imposible, el primer día llego la pizza más de una hora tarde, llamamos varias veces por teléfono para ver qué ocurría y unos nos decían que se había quemado y otros que se había traspapelado el pedido, pero nadie se preocupó al menos de avisarnos del retraso, nos dijeron que con el cambio de dueños habían tenido bastante lío y lo pasamos por alto. La segunda vez la pizza llego más de 30 minutos tarde, así porque si y está última vez, por que ya no va haber más, han tardado de nuevo, una hora más tarde sobre los 40 minutos que nos dijeron que tardaría la pizza, vamos un total de 1 hora y 45 minutos y dos niños pequeños esperando para comer, todo un despropósito, ya que hemos tenido que ser nosotros los que hemos llamado dos veces para ver qué pasaba, la primera llamada que hacía 10 minutos que había salido el repartidor y cuando habían pasado 30 minutos ( teniendo en cuenta que están al lado de casa ) volvimos a llamar y nos dijeron que. Que se había traspapelado nuestro pedido y que en 10 minutos teníamos la pizza, hemos tenido que esperar 20 minutos más.....
Han perdido unos clientes y han ganado que informe a todo el que pueda del mal funcionamiento y servicio que dan.
