Osteria Pitanta

Here in this historic inn you can enjoy typical Venetian food. Fried fish, meatballs, the delicious fried aubergine with ham, chicken wings, octopus, vegetables, potatoes, sliced radishes, dumplings, local wine ... the restaurant is small, so places are limited. While you're waiting you can have a look at historic photos of Vicenza football, as well as a price list of an ancient brothel! The prices are very fair: a dinner for two with a couple of dishes mixed with various cicchetti each, very generous, and two glasses of wine, € 18 in total. Not bad! Closed on Sunday. Open the rest of the week from 8 to 22.
