Museum dedicated to his work
The Pietro Canonica Museum was in one of the mansions in Villa Borghese but recently was transferred to the Borghese Gallery. In 1927 Canonica, the internationally renowned sculptor, obtained from City Hall the use of a building in the heart of Villa Borghese to be his home-studio. Today it houses a museum dedicated to his work.
