Certamente di piazza Marconi ciò che colpisce subito l'occhio del visitatore che si agginge a visitare il borgo sono le case tutte colocate che si affacciano sulla piazza, sia per i colori pastello differenti ma ben accostati tra loro, sia per la posizione: non sono infatti disposti in linea retta ma secondo una linea leggermente circolare, cosa che conferisce alla piazza una totale armonia.
