Piazza del Popolo

La Piazza del Popolo es uno de los puntos de entrada más importantes de Roma que además podría ser perfectamente una de las maneras de empezar a recorrer la Roma más clásica. Desde allí salen tres calles peatonales, que se conocen como el tridente y que te van a permitir hacerte Roma entera: la Via di Ripetta, la Via del Babunio (que te lleva hasta la Piazza di Spagna) y la Via del Corso, una de las principales arterias de la ciudad que te llevará hasta la Piazza Venezia. La Piazza del Popolo es además un buen y animado punto de encuentro para los romanos y es una de esas plazas es las que puedes quedarte un rato sentado junto a la fuente para ver la vida de la ciudad pasar.

The Piazza del Popolo is one of the most important entry points that besides Rome may well be one way to start down the more classical Rome.
