Different tastes and elements of Asian cuisine
32 Street in Manhattan is full of Korean restaurants as it is in the middle area of "Korea Town". The Pho 32 Shabu is one of the few restaurants in the street which is not Korean, but even so the origin of their food is not clear. Its name is Vietnamese, but the cuisine they offer is quite diverse and combines different tastes and elements of Asian dishes. Upon arrival, they serve a salad of cabbage and carrot sauce and a glass of water while clients read the menu to choose rice and meat dishes, noodle soups, rolls, rice noodles etc ... The food, though not exceptional, is quite good and the price cannot be bettered, one dish is usually sufficient for the average diner and costs between 8 and 10 dollars and keep in mind that this includes the service.
