Enjoy a nice meal while surrounded by panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles at Perch, a rooftop restaurant right in the heart of the City of Angels. From the 15th floor of the building you’ll get an especially nice view if you’re there while the sun sets and when the sky is completely dark, so that you can see Pershing Square and all the lights peering out of the windows of the skyscrapers. The menu contains French-inspired items and portions are on the small side, so it’s more of an enjoy-your-meal-and-the-view rather than a place to get ridiculously full (although I didn't have a problem getting full).
